Carleigh Arthur and her team of stylists at Hairworks 404 celebrated their Grand Opening with an Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, January 31.  Carleigh, holding the Chamber’s finely-honed ceremonial scissors, is flanked by her team Taylor Roblyer (to her immediate right holding the ribbon) and Sue Clawson and Janette Wedge (holding the sign).  In attendance with friends and family were City of Allegan Mayor Pro Tem, Rachel McKenzie, and members of the Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
