Speaker Amanda Roden from Earthside Health will be holding a workshop about Childbirth Education on Saturday, May 4 at Allegan County Chiropractic Health Center.

Learn important knowledge about laboring and the childbirth process in order to make the best decisions for you and your baby in the delivery room and how to communicate your desires to the doctors and nurses, both for delivery and regular doctor visits.  Be empowered!  Also learn about things all the way from breastfeeding and staying successful at it to how to take care of your newborn baby (everything from car seats to first foods, and bathing ).  This and so much more!

 Schedule:

• 9 am Childbirth Education
• 1 pm Breastfeeding
• 3 pm Newborn care

Cost for two participants is $200 for the day or adjusted price if you come for only one or two topics.
