Moss & Mushroom Planter Class

In this hands-on plant crafting class, participants will delve into the world of botanical artistry by creating a whimsical plant pot adorned with lush moss and charming mushrooms, accompanied by a clay tray to complement the pot.
During the session, you’ll learn the basics of working with clay, including some fun experimental techniques as we craft a tray to catch excess water and provide stability for your potted plant.
Next, you’ll explore the art of moss application, discovering how to create a vibrant exterior for your plant pot.
Lastly, you’ll add a touch of enchantment to your creation by attaching real, dried and preserved mushrooms to adorn your mossy plant pot, infusing it with a whimsical and magical ambiance.
This class offers a blend of creativity and practical skills, providing participants with the opportunity to craft a unique and personalized piece of botanical art. Join us for a delightful journey into the world of plant-based creativity!
The class is located at The Down Under @ Tantrick Brewing right on the beautiful Allegan Riverfront! We will be seated and comfortable and no special attire is required. Tantrick offers a variety of food and beverage options, too!
