It’s all a part of Downtown Allegan’s Halloween Hoot-n-Howl event on Friday, October 3 – join downtown businesses for enchanted sales and offers during special twilight hours from 5pm-8pm – for every $10 spent, be entered to win a grand prize! Dress in costume for one automatic entry.

Winners will be announced during The Rocky Horror Picture Show (R) at The Griswold Auditorium at 8:30pm – admittance is free with raffle ticket from a purchase made at a participating business, or $10 at the door. Winners must be present to win.
