Join the Allegan Community Foundation Saturday, September 24th at Allegan City Hall for a Tuck Pointing and Repointing workshop with Building Restoration LLC.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn techniques to preserve old buildings. In order to preserve history, we must know how to preserve architecture that surrounds us every day. Understanding pointing and repointing can help restore old buildings to their former glory. Bringing a photo of your concerns is encouraged. Improper tuckpointing can accelerate the buildings deterioration and ruin the historic appearance.

This workshop is sponsored by the Allegan County Community Foundation and the City of Allegan. All of the proceeds will benefit the Marilyn Boyce Fund for the Allegan County Historical Society.
