SUMMARY:Safe Harbor Virtual Lifeline Event
DESCRIPTION:During these uncertain times\, Safe Harbor needs support now more than ever. The number of child abuse cases in our community will increase during the COVID-19 pandemic\, and so we ask that you please join us for our Virtual Lifeline Event on Tuesday\, May 26\, at noon. \nOur annual Lifeline event and other fundraising efforts bring in about $80\,000 or 20% of our operating budget. This pays for the necessary services that our grants do not cover. With the loss of revenue and the increase need in our community\, we’re asking you to be brave for kids in crisis and make a donation. \nJust like our in person event\, you will have the ability to donate\, purchase a button for bravery\, and enter to win some of the raffle items we were planning on having in April. \nTo participate in our Virtual Lifeline Event: \n-Visit our website\, https://safeharborcac.org/events/lifeline/\, from now until the the 26th to make a donation\, purchase a button for bravery\, enter our raffles\, and learn more about Safe Harbor and the work we do. \n-Join us and watch our Facebook Live video event at noon on Tuesday\, May 26\, 2020. \n-Share our events\, videos\, and updates on social media to help spread awareness and raise money so we can continue provide hope and healing to the child victims who need us. \nThank you for being a lifeline!
