DESCRIPTION:Every year\, the Strides for Health 5K Planning Committee works hard to host a great community event – thank you if you have participated in years past!  Unfortunately\, the COVID-19 pandemic has halted many of our in-person events\, including our Strides for Health 5K Run/Walk.  Not to fret\, you can still get out\, get active\, and have FUN! \nWe are taking our Strides for Health 5K run/walk VIRTUAL! Create your own 5K course – get creative and use local parks\, neighborhoods\, or trails OR use our existing 5K course and participate between August 15 – August 22.  Sign up today and snag a COVID-19/Strides commemorative tech t-shirt while supplies last! \nRunning a virtual 5K is simple – it’s as easy as 1\, 2\, 3!\n1.) Sign Up Today @ www.stridesforhealth.com – Registration is only $25\n2.) Select your course and run/walk anytime between August 15 – August 22\n3.) Upload your results to RunSignUp.com and print off your 5K Finisher certificate \nAll proceeds from Strides for Health benefit the Ascension Borgess Allegan Foundation (formerly Allegan General Hospital Foundation) and support our mission of Investing in the Health of Our Community.
