DESCRIPTION:Anyone wishing to sign up a team or become a sponsor can download the forms: \n2025 Chamber Classic Flyer and Forms (8.5 x 11 in) \nIt’s time again for the annual Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce Chamber Classic Golf Tournament! \nThe 2025 Chamber Classic will be held at Cheshire Hills Golf Course on June 12\, and teams may register to play until June 5. \nThis year marks the 31st Annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament and the Chamber hopes many teams will come out to play.  Not only is this a great day out of the office\, but it enables businesses to connect with the golfers and bring everyone together\, so we are eager to get as many businesses and non-profits together as possible. \nIn addition to Chipping-In and Closest to Pin events at several holes\, golfers have many other opportunities to win cash or prizes on holes such as Longest Drive\, Hole in one\, Longest Putt\, and additional surprises in store. \nIn addition to having an activity at most holes\, golfers can also participate in a 50/50 raffle and a lottery tree. \nVolunteers are always needed and anyone interested may contact the Chamber at 269-673-2479.

SUMMARY:Joe Kavanagh Scholarship Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Four years ago\, Joe died suddenly at age 43. He was passionate about his community and helping others.  To honor his legacy\, this scholarship was established in his name to annually award a scholarship to an Allegan High School senior that exhibits the strength of character Joe embodied. This scholarship has already awarded over $10\,000 to students that are generous\, outgoing\, community-minded\, forward-thinking\, have a sense of humor that engages people\, and welcoming to everyone. \nThis will be the second year we have moved our fundraising efforts online! This is the only fundraiser Team Kavanagh will run this year and everyone coming together to honor Joe and raise money to advance young people to help achieve their dreams is exactly what Joe would do. We sincerely thank you for being a part of this event and hope you take a moment to remember Joe and live by his example…well\, at least some of his examples! \nAnnual Golf Outing:  For those able to participate in the 4th Annual Golf Outing\, it will be held again at Cheshire Hills Golf Course and will be a full 18 holes this year!  Click HERE to register your team. \nLIVE Music Downtown Allegan: Unlike last year\, we are excited to again have a downtown event Saturday night (October 2nd)!  The band\, The Cheap Dates\, will be on the riverfront from 8pm -11pm.  Along with this\, you will be able to enjoy some beverages outdoors thanks to the City of Allegan’s “social district”.  You can purchase a wristband/drink tickets for $20 and meander to your favorite spots for a drink. DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, September 3rd the Lynx GC will be hosting the 2nd annual\, patriot golf day to benefit the folds of honor foundation.  This celebration & golf tournament goal is to raise $100\,000 for the Folds of Honor Scholarship Fund for military families throughout Michigan with special emphasis on West Michigan families. DESCRIPTION:We invite you to play in the first-ever youth-led golf outing benefiting Kids’ Food Basket\, taking place at StoneWater Country Club on Monday\, June 21st at 9:00 A.M.  Food is a basic necessity and should not be met with insecurity. \nOver 90\,000 children in West Michigan are affected by food insecurity.  We feel inspired to organize a fundraiser to help our neighbors.  Kids need to have nourishing food to reach their full potential. \nWith 29 schools on the waiting list to receive Sack Suppers\, we are planning this event to help ensure children receive healthy\, nourishing meals.  We would appreciate your support of this student-organized event to further Kids’ Food Basket’s ability to serve good\, healthy food.

SUMMARY:2016 Chamber Classic Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce’s 22nd annual Chamber Classic Golf Tournament will take place at Cheshire Hills Golf Course on Thursday\, June 23\, 2015 with a 9:00 AM shotgun start.  Cash prizes\, 50/50\, lottery tree\, event holes\, and door prizes are all part of the fun.  Registration is $280 per foursome and includes 18-holes of golf with cart\, and lunch.  As always\, Cheshire Hills’ renowned prime rib will be on the menu for your after-golf nourishment.  Or\, take advantage of the $320 Early Bird Special before Monday\, June 8 and receive in addition to the above\, four prepaid mulligans\,  12 lottery tree tickets per golfer\, and one bag of range balls for each golfer on the team (courtesy of Cheshire Hills Golf Course). \nSponsorships are available—from individual hole sponsorships to Presenting Event sponsorships—and provide a unique and enjoyable manner in which to promote your business and network with potential customers.  Contact the Allegan Area Chamber of Commerce for more information. \nDownload Registration Form (pdf) \nOnline Registration
