DESCRIPTION:This will be our first ever in-person Tree Lighting Ceremony as we come together to honor and celebrate our Allegan Tree of Love campaign and the patients across our community that benefit from this life-saving program. If you’re not familiar\, the Allegan Tree of Love campaign is an annual campaign that runs October 1 through December 31 and raises vital awareness and funding for the Tree of Love program at Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital. This program is available for qualifying patients who are uninsured or underinsured and allows for free annual screening mammograms and additional breast health services such as 3D mammography\, diagnostic ultrasounds and biopsy. \n \nTree of Love is offered at all Ascension Borgess Southwest Michigan hospital sites in Allegan\, Plainwell\, Kalamazoo and Dowagiac. Funds raised for Allegan Tree of Love stay local to help our patients receiving care at Ascension Borgess Allegan Hospital. To learn more\, please visit aghfoundation.org/AlleganTOL. \n \nOur ceremony will begin at 5:30p with a short program and countdown to tree lighting; seasonal refreshments will be available.
