DESCRIPTION:Michigan Fiber Festival is a Fiber Arts Festival that promotes the interests of individuals and businesses related to natural fibers. DESCRIPTION:Head out to the Allegan Hotel Club House on Tuesday\, August 26th or Wednesday\, August 27th at 6 p.m. to audition for a role in the comedy “Afraid of the Dark”. \nThe show dates for “Afraid of the Dark” are October 10-11th 7PM & 12th 2PM. The show will be performed at the Griswold Auditorium\, located at 401 Hubbard St.  Presale Tickets are available at Something Sweet: $8 students/seniors $10 general admission. \nThe Allegan Community Players briefly sum up the play as follows: “There’s an outrageously funny basic situation\, terrific pace and suspense and laughs galore. Chauncey and Lillums arrive at “Stone Mansion” for their honeymoon. It’s an isolated country estate belonging to his aunt and supposedly unoccupied. Chauncey confesses he’s been “afraid of the dark” ever since childhood. Having unburdened himself\, the lights suddenly go out! And then they go on again and they find they’re surrounded by fantastic characters in this supposedly deserted house.
