Babysitter Pro

• Learn techniques for caring for children of all ages
• Create fun activities for children
• Learn first aid skills

Cameras to Art

• Learn how to take better pictures with a digital camera
• Create an artistic motivational poster using Photoshop techniques
• Turn your photos into works of art, frame them, and take them home
• Digitally color and print your own print

Care Care / Big Rig

• Enjoy two programs in one week
• Practice with auto technician tools and repair real cars
• Take the controls and learn how to operate heavy equipment
• Must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

Construction Junction

• Create and build a project out of wood using handheld and woodworking tools
• Participants need to wear closed-toe shoes
• Complete a wood project to take home

Diamond Painting 101

• Learn how to place small, 5D resins that sparkle onto a canvas to create a beautiful art piece
• All you need is time and patience
• Students will take home their framed mosaic creation and diamond kit

EMS Emergency Care

• Get experience learning First Aid and CPR
• Create fun activities for children
• Learn about human anatomy

Fire and Steel

• Explore two different programs. Open only to current 6th, 7th, and 8th graders
• Learn how to create name plates out of metal by using a plasma cutter
• Create a metal project using machines and a laser engraver
• Must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes

Future You

• Explore your interests, talents, and skills
• Visit a college campus and meet professionals from various industries
• Play a “Game of Life” to learn how to plan for your future using a career that matches your interests

Ink to Fabric

• Learn how screen-printing is done from image  to shirt
• Bring plain shirts from home to print a design on
• Create your own custom screen-printed shirt to take home

Pet Care Basics

• Learn basic grooming techniques for your cat or dog
• Have a chance to groom your own pet
• Learn how to perform basic pet first aid and make your own first aid kit
• Make healthy dog and cat treats that your pet will love

Tour the Town

• Tour a different business each day
• Get behind the scenes and see what it takes to run each business
• Learn what it takes to be an employee at that business
