Camp Kidwell and the Allegan Co. 4-H Council run the 4-H Food Booth at the Allegan Co. Fair.  This is one of our biggest fundraisers.  We hope you will stop by and enjoy a great meal when you are at the fair.  You can enjoy homemade veggie beef soup, chili, a yummy cheeseburger, try one of our famous baa burgers or get breakfast each day.  All proceeds go to support activities and programs at Camp Kidwell and the 4-H programs in Allegan County.

Volunteer

To make this fundraiser work, we need volunteers to run the booth.  We would love to have you join us!  Volunteers receive free admission into the fair any day that they work as well as a meal during your shift.  We are looking for volunteers for the general roles in running the booth as well as supervisors to oversee shifts.   Please check out the lists below and let us know if you can help.

We also offer Incentives for each 4-hour shift you volunteer.  These incentives can be used to pay for camp or attending other 4-H programs and activities.

Shift Supervisors Needed

Shift leaders oversee the operation of the booth during their shift.  They are given guidance by the food booth managers prior to their shift and then help ensure everything is running smoothly, supplies are stocked and food is getting out to our customers in a timely fashion. They also help recruit help for their shift.  Shift leaders are able to earn incentives.

Shift General Help Needed
